  I am a former recovering drug addiction that was just kicked out of the Manna House. Do not go there. I took this place very seriously and went there with a humble heart to recover. I told Bob and Val and all the staff there about my all my legal problems. It was an issue for them. I have many health problems and was going to many doctors appt. That was an issue but when they took my mom's almost 700 upfront for the month, they all said no problem. They kicked me out. What they did to me was anything very very short of being Christian. If you take any meds and are groggy, don't go there cause they will kick you out for taking a 15 min nap trying to make sure you are well rested for classes. That's what they did today. I got caught playing chess during study time. Yes that was a mistake. I never gave any of the staff members there any problems and did everything they asked without complaining. They waited until my mom got there to take me to my court date in Louisiana to kick me out and they dropped it on her without any warning. They couldn't even come talk to me first. They told my mom before they informed me. Val tells us, the patience all these that aren't true and then acts like it's not on her when she is the liason. Bob's memory is going and can't remeber anything. He should not be running that place at all. It's a great place but they have a lot of management problems. I will be going to Bob's committee or his board of directors that he answers to and I will inform them that he should not be running the place anymore
